The 2016 M&R team have just held the Orientation Days, to plan for the August trip to Lebanon where we will be developing both aspects of the project: music therapy and community music with ‘Beit Atfal Assumoud’.
PM staff and students, together with training students and voluntary workers, will support community music workshops and music therapy cycles for some 50 children of Saida and Beddawi, and local staff training for both music therapists and music teachers will be offered.
The team also did some busking at the Montespertoli Wine Festival, to raise funds for the trip. Keep posted for the crowd funding – coming soon!
